His quote proved to be very competitive and during his initial visit he took time to make a number of suggestions some of which reduced the overall cost of the work. Recognising that we needed other tradesmen to complete the work (an electrician and a carpenter) Neil suggested other tradesmen who once again provided competitive quotes. On accepting the work, Neil successfully managed the project on our behalf.
